Afternoon at Spannocchia

After that amazing meal AM and I took a walk to burn some of it off.

There's a secret garden that's in the process of being restored below the far end of the garden wall. We thought it would be a cool place to explore!

The garden turned out to be more of a path in the woods than anything else.


But that's perfectly ok! It was really pretty, and we took plenty of pictures as we walked along!


There was a bit of a nature trail, as they labeled some of the trees along the way.


And there were really funny pine needle sculptures of wild boar running through! :)


I just thought it was cool that AM and I could take a walk at camp (sort of!) even when we were 6 time zones away!
